The new workspace app lets you and your members take Deskworks wherever you and your phone or mobile device go.
Available for download through the Apple App Store and Google Play, the app works for all sites using Satellite Deskworks coworking software.
Key features of the new app include:
- Quickly and easily update their member profile or credit card
- Make reservations on the fly
- See who’s in your workspace
- Communicate with other members
- Receive messages
- Grab a statement
- Access their full dashboard to see upcoming reservations, current plan, recurring billing and when it will charge next, and anything else on their account
- See usage and when they were last in the space (Note: Space operators have the option of activating this feature)
For Workspace Operators
- Anything you can do in the full laptop version of Deskworks, you can see and do on the mobile version
- Get all updates in mobile as soon as they’re in desktop
- If you’re opening multiple centers and want your own logo to show up as the main screen icon, contact us. For a monthly charge, we can set that up and host it for you.
